Network Marketing Recruiting-Fishing In The Right Pond- By: Zebda Horatio

Description : MLM Recruiting-Fishing In The Right Pond.

Within each component of life and commerce things constantly modify; products mature, expansion strategies develop, trends change along with there are people always looking for newer, more resourceful ways of doing business. Or maybe more succinctly, quicker and more efficient ways of reaching their goals (once people understand what their goals really are!).The Networking Industry is no different.

Having entered the MLM Industry in the customary way, and having beaten my head against the wall long enough, I came to understand there is more to network expansion than at first meets the eye.

Traditional Development.

Prospecting in the traditional model, approaching people in the "warm market" and attempting to "sell" the notion of becoming wealthy to those who want merely to hide in the crowd, keep their heads down and simply get through the week, is a difficult and tough road to follow.

However if the desire is strong enough , the mantra of "ratios" carries the day:

Show x number of plans on a regular basis , y % of people will join the business;repeat this process and drill the depth searching for gold nuggets.

So is it really sensible to continue down such a difficult path?

Possibly not; I'm certain those who have been in the trenches awhile will be familiar with "He Who Shows The Most Plans Wins".

"Showing the Plan" to anybody who stays still long enough , is a hit and miss affair, although if the numbers are large enough, and if you persist long enough you will stumble across a few individuals who are resolute about their success. It is these small number of key individuals who, if trained and mentored properly, will unlock the road to wealth.

Because this method demands tremendous persistence, self-discipline and an exceedingly thick skin, it is no great surprise to appreciate why so few essentially break through.

Does this traditional route of network development work? Yes, for those with resolute determination and persistence.

Fishing in the Right Pond.

Still, in simple terms, it would seem madto go shark fishing in a small village pond.No matter how hard and long you fished, irrespective what bait , time of day, variety of line you use .. you will nevertheless be sharkless! Though if you sincerely want to find a shark, doesn't it make sense to go where sharks live?

Sure simple, although many continue to struggle in their Networking businesses, running extremely hard but not appreciating why they make little or no progress. Yes they may catch what appears to be a shark (on the surface), but this shark may soon turn into a minnow.

Along with the arrival of Mike Dillard and Attraction Marketing, for those on the cutting edge, the complete"pitch and chase" tactic changed. In plainstraightforward terms, Dillard applied the conventions of fishing to Networking, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Choose the fish you want to catch, consider their food, their habitat, their eating habits, develop a strategy, bait the hook and wait......

Is this not similar to traditional business through market penetration? Companies employ advertising; profile the intended market, draft and instigate campaigns of identifiable appeal( to that group), grasp their psychology. and off you go.

Perhaps on a more sophisticated level, by means of slick and efficient advertising: generate the craving for the brand new"must have" item or fashion accessory, which if course, has already been designed. Build the niche and then dominate it.

The MLM industry is no exception.

Simply implementing this strategy into your MLM business will appreciably raise the chances of detecting quality , qualified prospects ; individuals hungry and curious for the information you have.

Once skilled in this strategy, attracting the "BIG" fish in the course of adding value, exhibiting an Alpha personality and demonstrating the ability to "solve people problems," becomes much easier and the entire experience of Network development far more pleasant.

Ratios.

Of coursethe ratios are still important; and yes "he who shows the plan the most "still applies .. but the recruiting percentages will bedrastically higher, the wins will be bigger, the numbers coming into the team will be greater, progress will be faster, momentum will kick in ...and it beats the hell out of trying to sell meat to vegetarians...
